Ancient Egyptian Guardian of Pregnant Women (and of Lovers). Hathor was portrayed as a Cow-like creature. Hathor was responsible for Milk (which nurtures all- and was considered The Food of The Gods). Hathor was also responsible for Papyrus (and important plant and material used in Ancient Egypt). She was married to Set (Seth).
