An Ancient Egyptian Middle Kingdom God, ''Geb'' is associated with The Earth. He was said to cause Earthquakes by His ''laughter''. Geb also caused Crops along The Nile River to grow (and hence, His ''displeasure'' would produce poor yields''. Human in appearance, Geb had several Temples built in His honor (some which still exist).
