Zaratan

The ''Zaratan'' (although of French (Gaulish) Origins) – can be found in many Cultural Myths. These were massive Sea Turtles, which possessed Human qualities and related Wisdom. So large in fact, that their ''shells'' were often thought to be ''moving islands'' in The Ocean. In fact, several mythical Races were said to ''live'' on the Zaratan Shell – which also supported botanical life and geographical features. The origins of The Zaratan are obscured in Mythology and greatly vary.
