According to Ancient Akkadian (of The Mesopotamian Region) The ''Udug'' were a form of Demon that were both ''Good and Evil''. In descriptions, ''Good Udugs'' represented ''Light and Good'' and ''Evil Udugs'' were ''Darkness and Shadows''. Apart from have no identifiable form an Udug could also ''exist'' inside a Person. This led to rituals of Exorcism to ''remove'' those ''Evil Udugs'' that were ''corrupting'' a Person.
