His exact origins unknown, The Yellow Man is a Spirit which is said to "haunt" French Government. Seen as a disembodied head (yellow in color), he has a Red mark surrounding his neck. Some say "he" is the ghost of an executed Royal or Nobleman from "The Reign of Terror". Others, a murdered French Government Official. "Yellow Man" is seen whenever France is facing calamity, floating through French Government buildings.
