The ''Spirit World''

In The Mormon religion, the term ‘’Spirit World’’ is a somewhat complex theory. Akin to what traditional Christianity refers to as ‘’Purgatory’’ and ‘’Limbo’’, it is into The Spirit World, Mormon Dead ultimately ‘’go’’. Divided into two parts, the first is for Thos ‘’Souls’’ who did NOT follow the teachings of Christ (or Mormonism it seems). From here, these Souls are ‘’taught’’ the error of Their Ways. After an unspecified period of ‘’time’’, They will be released into 1 of 3 Spheres of ‘’existence’’. These are The ‘’Celestial Kingdom’’, The ‘’Terrestrial Kingdom’’ or The ‘’Telestial Kingdom’’ (after being so judged by God, of course). For those Souls that just can’t (or wont) amend Their ways, They are ‘’cast out’’ to become The ‘’Sons of Perdition’’ (of which We have already discussed). Also called a ‘’Spirit Prison’’, The Spirit World is typically devoid of ‘’comfort and light’’.
