The concept of ''The Red Road'' is one embraced by a great many Native American Tribes. However, it's naming is based on Western observations. The term ''Red'' is a derogatory for Native American (or ''Indian''). However, the belief is that all Men much traverse a ''Path'' thru Life. This Path is determined by the type of life lead. Good deeds and honest thinking will cause One to traverse an ''easy path'' in Life (or at least one without too many pitfalls). However, if One is harsh and cruel – He or She can expect to have a more ''difficult journey''. Proper prayer and observance to One's Ancestors are also seen as importance. The ''Road'' ideology is very similar to several Western Christian Beliefs which embrace like minded Beliefs on ''how'' One needs to live their life.
