A tale from The Spanish-Canary Islands, ''Catalina Lercaro'' is claimed to be the name of the daughter of a Spanish Nobleman. Growing up among great wealth and station, She had all her whims provided for, save one. She could not marry the man she wished. In an Era of ''arranged marriages'' (based on stations in life and combining wealth not love and happiness), poor Catalina had no choice. Not wishing to marry whom was provided for Her, the night before the intended wedding, Cataline dressed in Her Gown and donned all her fine jewelry. Going down into The Courtyard of The Family Mansion, a large construction pit was left uncovered. Catalina threw herself in falling to Her death.

This caused a major problem for Her Family. As devout Catholics, they knew Catalina could never be buried on ''consecrated ground'' as She committed suicide. Rather than face the pending scandal, Her Father ''broke off''' The Wedding (citing a sudden illness). Catalina's body was eventually recovered and Her Father had her buried inside one of The Mansion's many rooms (it is though inside a hidden chamber inside a wall). Many Centuries later, The Mansion was turned into The Museum of History of Tenerife. Staff have for years told the tale of ''seeing the Ghostly form'' of a ''Young Italian Girl''. She seems to ''float'' down the Hallways of The Museum, wearing her wedding dress forever cursed to wander Her once former home. Cold Spot, Orbs and Electronic Voice Phenomenon have all been recorded and experienced at some point. Until Her body is found and buried on Holy Ground, poor Catalina will serve more as a ''Tourist attraction'' rather than a mournful and lamented Spirit.
