This strange case goes back to 1964 when The USNS ''Eltanin'' (Research Ship), was sonar mapping the Sea bottom near Cape Horn. At a depth of 4,000 feet, sonar hit upon a large metallic object . Unclear of what it was (but not alarmed), the crew made another pass this time streaming a camera from the hull of the vessel. . Although technology was still rough in 1964 the crew studied the picture in amazement. The photo appears to be a large metal Tower (the kind used in Communications). Who had the technology in 1964 to put the obviously massive structure underwater and for what purpose was it placed there? Months later, the area was made an International Sailing Hazard Zone (how odd). Years later, when prodded by investigative reporters who had stumbled upon the Case, it was said that the Antenna was actually an enormous (but common), tree-like algae growth (and quite common, albeit it's size). Or perhaps it is an Artifact left behind by Visitors from Centuries ago and used to help guide their Crafts (or communications) while on Earth! Both versions are equally strange!
