The Clementine Probe Photograph

Launched by NASA in 1994, Clementine was a Lunar Assessment Probe launched to take photographs of The Moon. The Mission was considered routine and without any major incident. That was until photographs relayed back to Earth revealed an unusual sight. A Photograph released in 2004 (nearly 10 years later) to the Public shows an obvious solid structure or Object extending out of the Lunar Surface. A series of (7) Lights can easily be seen shining along an even more obvious construction not man-made. Many familiar with NASA cite that a Secret Mission in 1959 to place a Moon Base (at the height of The Cold War). It was known as Project: Horizon . Or perhaps, it is really an Alien Base (as many have always thought).
