An unusual Narrative that many decry as a Hoax (or perhaps dis-information at best), The so called ''Blue Planet Project'' was a book published in the late 1970s early 1980s. It was penned by a reputed Scientist named Jefferson Souza. It should be noted that not evidence of such a person if found to exist anywhere (which is not unusual in such cases). Souza claimed to have worked on many ultra top secret Government Projects, all involving studying Alien Technology and Life. Both of which, are not only well known by The US Government, but in some cases even aided directly by them. The ''Book'' was taken from page after page of personal notes kept by the ''phantom'' Souza. In all, One might think that the book could have served as a ''growing field'' of story ideas used by the American Hit Sci-Fi Television Series of the 1990s ''The X-Files''. Much of it reads exactly like that. If the Book is a hoax, then the real Author should really be writing treatments for Hollywood (it would sell). If however, the information in the pages are correct, Humankind is in for a very rude awakening one day.

The Narrative outlines The ''Blue Planet'' Project. This is a secret Base located in Dulce, New Mexico. The Base is buried many thousands of feet below the surface and consists of (7) Levels. The deeper ''One goes'' the more ''terrifying the work being performed is''. Some Levels have uncounted numbers of Alien Spacecraft (and not all in wrecked state). Exotic weapons are developed from both back engineered technology and ''instruction'' from ''Alien Visitors. The lower Level hosts unusual experiments, mostly in combining Human and Alien DNA to create Hybrid Lifeforms. In cases of typical ''abduction'' of Humans (with permission of The Government it seems), experiments are performed which are akin to The Nazi experiments conducted during World War II. In these, Aliens run such Operations entirely. The Narrative goes on to cite some 160 different Species of Alien Life which had contacted us or are ''working'' throughout The World. While most appear benevolent, some are not. Some of them require Human tissues and fluids to maintain their life. This is why some people are reported as ''missing'' under extremely mysterious circumstances never to be found. The Books also details the possibly of Alien Colonization of this World, with the goal of eventually either relocating Humankind or ''adapting them'' (ala DNA sequencing). As stated, this may all be a hoax. Or on the other hand, maybe it is a warning.
