Surgat

An early Christian Mythology creature, Surgat are called Sparring Demons . It was said (according to legend), that early Popes of The Catholic Church would summon these small aggressive Demons to practice in fighting people said to be possessed. Once brought forth, Church Heads would re-banish them to The Underworld. This was considered training for the bigger Demons - Priests and other Clergy would encounter. The Surgat was a popular Middle Ages topic.
