Soucouyant

 A common myth shared with many Caribbean Countries, The Soucouyant is a Shapeshifting Evil Spirit. They commonly take the form of a Hag (during the daylight hours). At night, she assumes her true form that of a fireball. She flies through the skies in search of victims to drink their blood. She is also clever, by draining blood from places of the body that are well hidden. A common method of determining a Soucouyant, is to dump a bag of rice at a crossroads. The creature must stop and count each grain (no matter how long it takes).
