Although portrayed as more “Fool” than potential “Warrior'' – Dagonet was King Arthur's Court Jester. Dagonet wished to be a real Knight most of all. He often wore pieces of Armor as a way of pretend. He was seen as the butt of all jokes at The Court of Camelot. Knighted by King Arthur for attempting to sacrifice his life for another (a Knightly virtue), he was known hence after as “Sir Dagonet”.
