The Shaitan is indicative of many Middle-Eastern Myths, The Shaitan was said to be a form of Djinn (or Genie). It was said Allah created them from the Fires of Creation. All Shaitan were evil. They are desert dwellers whose sole Mission is to mislead Man with visions of sin and related "pleasures". Their "diet" is equally repulsive. They eat dirt and excrement. The Shaitan are also fearful of water. An "Old Wives Tale" states that if one does not wash their hands after eating (and goes to bed) - Shaitan's will come and eat off their hands. As Shapeshifters, The Shaitan can assume any form they choose (although human is their preferred transformation). This helps them assimilate better into human environments. It is also said that most evil people in the World are possessed by a Shaitan. Various forms of Exorcism can be used to remove them.
