Of Norse (Viking) Mythology – The ''Norns'' were comparable to Ancient Rome's ''Fates''. Originating from ''The Land of Giants'' (in The Cosmos), The Norns were Sister Deities who – in addition to monitoring the Destiny of Man, also tended to ''The Great Tree'' of Life (also in The Universe). Although NOT of The Gods of Valhalla, The Norns were also said to control the ultinate Destiny of The Gods, sans Odin.
