Another English ''Cautionary Tale'' for Children, ''Nelly Longarms'' takes several ''forms'' in Her ''stories''. Akin in some ways to The ''Bogeyman'', She is also a ''Water Demon'' that takes on the appearance of a ''Little Girl'' playing near a River or Lake, so as to attract those Human Children who did not listen to their Parents about playing ''too close'' to water sources. Once they get within ''attack range'' Nelly reveals her inhumanly long arms and snatches Her little victims dragging them to their watery grave.
