The Ancient Gallic Peoples (portions of Modern France), had a rich Religious Belief System. In their Pantheon of Gods and Goddesses, ''Loucetios'' was a God who control ''Lightning'' and it's resulting ''flash of light''. Later, associated with Conflict (War), He may have been adapted into the later Roman Deity ''Mars''.
