Lecanomancy is The Practice of using a fluid substance (like water), contained in a bowl or dish and used by a Medium to see the Past, Present and Future. Dating back to almost 1,800 BC (in Babylon) Lecanomancy was described as interpreting water ripples. It was seen in use by Joseph in The Old Testament (Bible). Often associated with Scrying (or the use of Crystals) for psychic seers, Lecanomancy was not viewed with as much disdain as other forms of Divination were (or would be). Interpretation was based on many years of training. Despite it s recorded use, Lecanomancy never garnered as much popularity or was as sought out as much as the reading of Crystals. It is rarely practiced today.
