American Actress and Screen Legend Joan Crawford was once one of Hollywood's highest paid Starlets. Her career covered 20 years. Popular, as her age advanced - so to did her career start to wane. Nonetheless, Joan married well (President and CEO of Pepsi Cola), and still acted (low budget Horror and Suspense Films) - up to her death. However, Joan had a VERY dark side. A known Perfectionist and a well documented "difficult" Person, Joan was accused of adopting two Orphanage children, to boost her Acting Career. Joan's daughter Christine would grow up telling simply horrifying stories of dementia and extreme physical abuse at the hands of her "Mother". Later, in 1978 - Christine would Author the Book "Mommy, Dearest" (still popular), which gave People a view inside Joan's dark life.

Partially verified by other well known Hollywood Stars and one-time friends of Joan, many other cite that she was not that bad as a Mother. However, recent facts point to another cause for Joan's supposed outbursts towards her Children. One that leads us to that most oldest of Curses, "Home Possession". Joan was allegedly to have been very physically abusive to her Children. This may be linked to Crawford's home on Bristol Avenue in The City of Beverly Hills, California. A modest, Cottage home, Joan had it reconnected and renovated into a 2-floor "Mini-Mansion". All kinds of strange happenings began to happen in the 1940s and mid-1950s. "Shadow Figures", "Cold Spots" and feelings of extreme dread, were all experienced or seen by her Children (and a few of Hollywood's Greatest).

On at least 2 occasions when Joan lived there, a Living Room Wall would spontaneously combust into blue flame. The flame was roughly 3-feet by 5-feet. Twice, Beverly Hills Fire tried in vain to find the obvious electrical cause. None was ever found. It also seemed that when Joan wad away from her House for long periods of Filming, her entire mood and demeanor was different. "Difficult" (as most Stars are), was relatively normal. It was when Joan came home, that a complete change on her personality occurred.

Joan never sold her home after marrying Pepsi Cola's CEO (preferring to stay mostly on The East Coast of the US). After her death, the home was sold, first to several well known Celebrities and then into Private Person ownership. Almost every Owner cited "strange happenings" (even seeing Joan's Ghost playing Billiards with an unknown Male Spectre, young and dressed in 1930s Period Clothing). As late as the mid m-1980s, "The Wall" would still "catch fire". Over the last 20 years or so, no more "Ghostly Fires" or Phantoms have been reported. Could a malicious Entity had been responsible for "taking over" Joan Crawford.
