An ''I'noGo Tied'', was a form of Native American (Alaskan) Tribal Amulet (Talisman). Seen as a means of warding off ''Evil'', The Amulet was a small piece of hide (Seal), which was wrapped around a piece of Whale blubber. The affair was attached to a leather strap, and worn about the neck. In addition to dispelling Evil, it was seen as a means of bringing ''Good Luck'', with regards to a successful Hunt.
