Ancient Greek Myth is well acquainted with the Mythic Race of Female Warriors known as The Amazons. But few know of their Male Counterparts, The Gargareans. Said to be of Chechen or perhaps Ingush descent, The Gargareans lived in the Northern Foothills of The Caucasus Mountains. They were a fierce and Noble race by all accounts. Their origins are varied, with the most popular being that they were the greatest of Greece s Warrior dead , killed in a heroic death in battle. The Father of The Gods Zeus, resurrects these Warriors as a type of immortal Guard.

So blessed, they became somewhat attractive to the all-Female, Amazons. Traditionally distrustful of Mankind, they prized their handsome looks and Warrior Ethos. As such, they were deemed satisfactory for procreation. Firming an Alliance, The Gargareans and Amazons would mate. If the Child was a Female , she was taken into The Amazons, if Male The Gargareans. Neither Child would know their opposite Birth Patent. In thus way both mighty and quite mythical Races maintained their populations.
