Diao Si Gui

From China, The Diao Si Gui were vengeful Spirits, who committed suicide by hanging. For reasons their own, they blame The World for their untimely demise. Seen initially as Human, this often their disguise. Once they have their victim "alone", they reveal their "true" appearance - that of a rotting, bloated Corpse! The Diao Si Gui feed on the terror they create as a result of their "reveal". They drain all life energy from their prey, until nothing but a husk remains. They do not like daylight and hunt at night. The Gui can be both Female and Male Spirits.The only sure way to eradicate a Gui, is to find their remains and burning them. This act does not require a Priest, and any Launcher Person can destroy a Gui.
