Cu Sith

 More Beastie myths from Scotland! The Cu Sith was said to be the size of a Bull (but resembles a Canine). Noted for it's otherworldly Green Fur , it is also sometimes described as having been Braided . The Cu Sith lives in the crags and rocks of The Highlands. Similar to The Grim Reaper, The Cu Sith was thought to bear away the souls of the recently departed (to their rewards - either good or bad). It's howl was also similar to the Irish Banshee. This sound (terrifying to be heard), could also be heard for miles out at Sea as well. As with other Escorts of The Dead , hearing it's cry was a portent of coming death (and often bad luck).
