‘’Borvo’’ was a ‘’Nature God’’, associated with The Ancient Celts. It was thought, when One encountered a natural (bubbling) spring in the wilderness, bathing in such – would cure and heal all manner of injuries. Hence, The God Borvo was responsible. He was said to be ‘’present’’ in the bubbling, therapeutic waters. Later, with Roman Occupation of many Celtic lands, Romans too adopted Borvo as a ‘’Minor God’’ in Their Pantheon.
