Bluecaps

 From parts of Northern England, Bluecaps were said to be Imps that live in various Mines and Caves. They have blue glowing hair (often called Caps ). If a particular Miner is kind to The Bluecaps, it will show them were the best deposits in the particular location are. However, they can cause cave-ins and other calamities if harassed or otherwise made fun of (no doubt due to their Blue Hair ). In some cases, Bluecaps will rescue trapped Miners and bring them to safety. Their true origins are long lost.
