The Ritual identified as ''The Lesser Banishing of The Pentagram'' is said to be a ceremonial process used by many Occultist and related Folk Magic believers. In theory, a ''Novice'' to the particular ''Discipline'' must demonstrate a certain level of knowledge in conjuring and related magic. This demonstrating is done by the proper disposition of a Pentagram Symbol, pronunciation of various ''spells and incantations'' and proper form with regards to the action of the Ritual. One need not necessarily ''manifest'' a particular effect – to demonstrate ''ability'' in The Ritual.
