Another Ghostly Reminder of Pearl Harbor?

In a forgotten Article from 2008, comes a Tale with a photograph which will cause One chills (if real). A Family was visiting Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. As do most, They visited the wreck of The USS ‘’Arizona’’ (aka The ‘’Arizona Memorial’’). Part of The US Navy’s Pacific Fleet in 1941, ‘’Arizona’’ and Her Crew were utterly destroyed when The Imperial Japanese Navy launched their ‘’sneak attack’’ against US Forces stationed at Pearl Harbor. Hit by a ‘’freak shot’’ (bomb), which ignited Her Munitions Gunpowder Section below decks, the explosion killed over 1,000 instantly and sent ‘’Arizona’’ to the Harbor Floor. She was left as a Memorial to those who perished on December 7^th 1941 and as a Memorial to the utter horror of the 4-years that was World War II. As We have seen, many survivors of Pearl Harbor have, as their final request in death (funeral), ask to have their cremated remains (sealed in small tins), buried ‘’on board’’ of ‘’Arizona’’. We have also read of the MANY encounters with The Paranormal – as a result of the tragedy of Her sinking. But perhaps, This Story is even more unusual. It deals with Oil.

Since Her sinking in 1941, much of ‘’Arizona’s’’ Oil (fuel) compartments have amazingly survived the catastrophic explosion during the battle. It was determined to ‘’leave’’ them intact over the years. But time and metal (especially metal submerged in water for 80 years), does not always comply with such wishes. Since the 1960s, several hundred ‘’drops’’ per day – leech into the waters of Pearl Harbor, always lingering around The Wreck. ‘’Changing color’’ as a response to the petroleum properties, water and light – these ‘’drops’’ are often referred to as ‘’The Tears of The ‘’Arizona’’.

Many people have photographed the odd phenomenon. But when a visiting Family did in 2008, They later viewed a even odder sight. The Oil ‘’spot’’ which was photographed clearly appeared to have morphed into the ‘’face of a young man’’. Most who believe in ‘’such things’’ cite that this is yet another example of some ‘’Lost Soul’’ who perished on The Warship, ‘’trying’’ to make contact. Several attempts were made to try and ‘’match up’’ the ‘’face’’ with any surviving photographic records of Sailors who died on ‘’Arizona’’, but to date – all attempts have been unsuccessful. The ’’Film’’ was examined many times and it had been determined that no evidence of trickery or hoaxing is present. So, what do you believe? A ‘’trick of light’’, hoax or perhaps Paranormal ‘’proof’’ of The ‘’Afterlife’’?
