 The Alu myth comes from Ancient Sumeria. The Alu are supernatural and evil creatures (mostly female). They are one of the few who can leave Kur (The Underworld). They have no face, lips or eyes (although their shape is pleasing). The goal of The Alu is to scare one into a state of unconsciousness or a coma. They can then return to feed on your enegry. The Alu are often associated with the later creatures The Incubus.
