Aatxe

From Spain is the Legend of The Aatxe. These were malevolent spirits (normally Male). They were seen in their true form as small Red Bulls. As shapeshifters (or Entities that could assume the form of something else)  they would prefer the shape of an Adult Man. A creature of justice, Aatxe hunts criminals and evildoers (often capturing them and taking them back to their liar  to be consumed). They are a feature of Basque myth (with representations being found on Paleolithic Cave walls).
