Anyone ever play any Lords of the Realm games by Sierra? They were the direct predecessor of Firefly and Stronghold 1. Awesome game Lords of the Realm 2 is with a great soundtrack. I wish some more of which could have been incorporated into the SH titles such as mass immigration/emigration and the effect of recruitment on happiness.

I've never played them before but I must admit, from that video they look very good indeed. I would get some, but I don't think they'd work now on my machine though, especially since they were released in 1996 as I have Windows 8 which even has compatibility issues with fairly new games. :(

    • Villages and AI lords in my new kingmaker map don't build woodcutters

      Hi, guys. I hope you'll be able to help me. I've made this new kingmaker map. It's a map I had in my mind for a while, and I found some time to make it.   Unfortunately, what makes me very sad right now is the fact that those villages and AI lords don't build woodcutters. Has any of you had this issue before? I have no idea what could it be.       I was looking all the way around google, wikipedia, forums, but I could not find anything, so, I decided to register here.
