Uploaded SH2 maps

Hello, I just posted a new war scenario, it's a small war map made with version 1.4.1.

 

The name of the map is "Elderby" Please enjoy my creation.

 

I do have more maps that I can post, lets see how you like this one.

Very good map, I've just reviewed your file, [file=23]here[/file]. Even the name sounds good.

 

I've even changed an Estate name in the game to Elderby now! :)

That's cool, I have made well over 100 maps, the 2 hardest parts for me is coming up with a name and writing the story.

 

You are more than welcome to use any name that I have made up for my maps.

 

This made me think of a question- I started using names like Elderby for my maps rather than names like Trading Post or Iron Job... Is there any preference?

Not really, obviously the more realistic the map name the better, but any name is good.

 

P.S. If you are struggling to think of map names (I can sometimes), I find this name generator is a helpful resource.

Oops, I just made an error, I was trying to reply to the review for Elderby, and I posted my response a few times, I apologize, but could someone fix that for me Please!

 

The comment page was a new page and when I clicked the submit button it asked me to register, so I saved my comment and backed up a few pages and tried again with the same results. when I came out and re registered and checked the download site I found my response posted 3 times, Sorry about that.

Thanks for fixing my mess!

 

I don't know the url. all I can say is I made my comment and clicked the button to upload it and things went down hill from there, it kept asking me to register when I was registered. I did that twice then signed in again on the page asking me to.

 

When I closed everything, logged out, then came back to check the comment there were 3 comments 2 were from guest and one from Lord Vetka.

 

Trust me, with the kind of luck I have I will probably find more bugs, if a restaurant is going to serve 1 bad meal in a month I'm the guy that gets it:-)

Actually though, it could be my fault. I was trying to add who was currently browsing a topic in the forums here, and changed part of online list database.

 

When it didn't work I changed it back and it went funny (hence why you obviously experienced problems with being online). It's fine now though. Hopefully :)

 

Though it does seem unfortunate to find bugs, it is actually a good thing - it means that you can get it sorted out so it won't happen again (like this problem). Thank you very much for reporting it - in fact, I've just fixed some more in the download section I thought I had eliminated brought to my attention by you reporting that one.
