Hey again, I just solved the problem. But maybe other people that stumble upon the same problem can use this advice. If you want to play downloaded maps, you have to copy the map files to: C:\users\%user%\Documents\Stronghold Warlords\Maps Seems like there are 2 map folders in total. 1 where the downloaded maps are saved, and another one where the maps of the base game are saved.

Hello everyone, I own the GoG-version of Stronghold Warlords and therefor cannot use Steam Workshop. So i was really glad to find this website here recently where i can download custom maps from other people. However, i can't seem to be able to play these Maps once i downloaded them. I copied the extracted map file into the "Maps" folder of the game, but when i click on either "community maps" or "sandbox" ingame, none of the maps i downloaded are displayed. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Or perhaps give me a short "how to" instruction? Thank you for your help in advance :)
