Making Hidden Pathways

You can use a very simple trick to make hidden forest paths in Stronghold 2. These are passable through forests but cannot be seen, allowing for a perfect ambush point.

First of all, place down a path of man traps - this should be the path you want your units to take.



Next, place trees over the forest path:



To complete the trick, press ALT + G and delete the man traps. Or .... you could just leave them in for a surprise ...
